Contact form. When you write to us through the site, we receive the name, email address, company, message and, if you choose to give it, the phone number you enter. The form is delivered to our mailbox by FormSubmit, a form-to-email service, and we keep the message for as long as the conversation needs.

Usage data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device type and how visitors arrive. Google sets cookies for this. The data reaches us in aggregate; we do not use it to identify you.

Hosting logs. Our hosting provider, WordPress.com (Automattic), records standard server logs such as IP address, time and requested page, for security and to keep the service running.

To answer your enquiry and follow up on it, to keep the site running safely, and to see which pages are useful so we can improve them. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Only the services named above process data on our behalf: FormSubmit (form delivery), Google (analytics) and WordPress.com (hosting). Each processes it under its own privacy terms. We share information with no one else unless the law requires it.

The site sets analytics cookies through Google Analytics. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out extension; the site works without them.

Enquiries stay in our mailbox for as long as we are in contact with you and for any period the law requires. Analytics data follows Google's retention setting for our account, which is fourteen months.
